of the project. If you opt to use it, our Streamstats package
gives you a real time readout of what is going on and will
also generate management reports with easy to read graphs.
For other projects we provide annoted reports at predetermined
times to allow you to evaluate the success of your campaign
and help you decide whether to book another campaign (most
people do). The amount of information required varies from
one project to the next, but for a typical email based campaign,
the sort of information that can be delivered includes:
- The number of emails sent and the number opened
- The number of undeliverable emails
- The number of video sessions and whether they were watched
in the email client or the web browser
- The speed of the viewers connection
- The duration of the videos watched
- Click throughs for the various interactive elements
And of course, this infomation can be broken down by hour,
geographic region etc. and compared against global trends.
Our wealth of experience in this area also means that we
can predict the overall success of a campaign within a few
hours of the first emails being sent. That means that the
content can be 'tweaked' for even more successful results. |
